Sold this month — 1469 Hemlock
Posted by lonne under For Buyers, For Sellers
This was a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) property — but after taking my clients through many of the other Pemberton properties for sale, I knew this home might be just the right property for them.
It was ! Subjects are removed and the new owners take possession this spring. They can’t wait to enjoy the breath taking views of Mt Currie — to be seen from just about every room in the home !

BTW — Whistler sales are up too — and same goes — if you would like a customized statistical report to see what is happening in the Whistler Real Estate market — just let me know !
